This is a story about a boy called Franklin. When Franklin's mother told him to move out because she is having twins. And Franklin told his mum and dad. Keep them in his room to cover my ears. Later on they saw a sine and it said for sale. After that miss cox's came out of the door and her dog came then he was linking them.
