It is called a pedestrian Crossing,because when someone is crossing at somewhere else and they might get it by a car or a truck and it is not the drivers fault it is the person who cross the road without checking when the car comes. That't why it is so important to check where your going to other places,before you cross. So go with an adult to cross the road don’t just cross without thinking. Remember all the time to cross the road with an adult and you won’t be run over, from a car so be careful for what you are doing.
