How to Use Your WITS

Using our WITS is important to stay out of trouble when we play like others.  

W- Means walk away from fights and trouble. So you can calm  down if there's any problems.

I-Means don’t ignore others when they need your help. So they will be happy and safe. So they will be happy and safe from kids thats older than them.

T - Means talk about it. When someone is lonely go and talk with them and they won’t be lonely and sad. Because when there sad that means there's no one to talk with so you talk about things you know.

last but not least letter S stands for seek help that people will know that they need you. Keep them safe from harm and danger so they can’t get hurt.

So when someone trips over you pick him up so you can feel happy too. If you know how to use your WITS teach others too so they can know about it.

Catching Eels with a Hinaki

We have been reading an article about catching eels with a hinaki. This is a eel trap made of wire netting that traps the eel inside. Here is a diagram to show you how it works.

1. There were 4 more boys in class 6 than class 8
2. There are 3 girls that like pineapple
3. There are 4 girls that like apples
4. There are 5 girls that like bananas

My Hooliday Highlight

In the holiday’s I went to my friends birthday and it was fun. The next morning my family and I went to a place called Happy days. Happy days is one of my favourite restaurant in the world. Because they got all kind of food to eat and drink,the best part is when we had dessert and I was stuffed. My favourite dessert is having tropical and vanilla ice cream. It was so yummy its like I was in wonder land. We went to the movies at 7:00 clock that day. We watch monsters university I was so broad because I already seen it. The next day my friend came over and played video games. We went on the ferry boat to waiheke Island, and we went to the beach. We had lots of fun at the beach and it was the first time I went to waiheke Island to meet my friends. Once we got back on the ferry boat, I felt so tired I wanted to go home and sleep. On sunday I was so excited to go swimming again with my friends. We were playing lots of games, together at the pools. It was cool its like I want to start all over again. But that was the best day ever I ever had.
